The Oath of Allegiance ceremony is the last step in the naturalization process and marks the end of your journey to American citizenship. During this ceremony, you take a solemn oath of allegiance to your new country and become a US citizen.
The time it takes to receive the notification of approved citizenship can vary; in some cases, it can happen shortly after the interview, while in other cases, it can take months. The time depends on factors such as the USCIS workload, application volume, and geographic location.
